Wine List
If you wish to receive a copy of our full wine list and be kept up to date on future offers, please register with us here or send us your contact details by e-mail, telephone or post as explained below.

How to buy online
Go to the Shop Online page and then click on Individual Wines, Case Selections or Special Offers. Alternatively, use the Search facility on any page to obtain a list of wines that fit your search criteria.

From the list of wines and/or cases, select those that you wish to buy by entering the quantity and clicking on the shopping basket symbol      You can continue selecting more wines and adding these to the basket. When you have completed your selection, click through to the checkout.

Our minimum order is twelve bottles. Thereafter, orders must be in multiples of six.

Your order will be processed and delivery will be arranged by Anyada’s agent, Flagship Wines Limited who will also process credit card payments on Anyada’s behalf. So if you pay by credit card, Flagship’s name will appear on your bill as the merchant making the charge. Your contract as a customer will still be with Anyada Limited.

Ordering by e-mail, telephone, fax or post
Our online payment handling system is secure but if you prefer to order by other means you can do so as follows:

By email: Complete the order page and include all payment details as requested and then email the form to sales@anyada.co.uk. You can also send us any questions that you may have by email.

By phone: Call us on 01727 865309 between 10 am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday and we will take your order, answer any queries that you may have and provide advice as required.
If you phone outside opening hours you may leave a message (remember to include your name and contact details such as phone number and email address) and we will call you back when the office is open again.

By fax: Download and print the order form (in PDF format) and complete this together with your payment details and fax it to Anyada on 01727 841968

By post: Download and print the order form (in PDF format) and complete this including your payment details if you wish to pay by credit card. You may also pay by cheque, made payable to Anyada Limited. Send the form and your cheque (if applicable) to Anyada Limited, 36 Rowan Close, St Albans, Herts, AL4 0ST. Your order will be sent to you once your cheque has cleared.

Payment
Payment is required before the wine can be despatched. You can pay by the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta. We do not accept American Express or Solo.

We will e-mail you confirmation of your order once it is processed. This will be within 24 hours of receipt of the order or on the next working day following order placement. At this point the total cost of your order and any substitutions will be highlighted giving you the option to make any further changes if required.

Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery service to all UK mainland addresses. There is a charge of £4.99 per case to addresses in Beds, Bucks, Herts and £7.50 per case to all other addresses in mainland Britain. We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland or outside the UK.

We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days of their receipt. In the unlikely event that you have not received your delivery after ten working days, please contact us on the following numbers and addresses:

Please check your order on its arrival. If it arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, or the goods have been broken or are incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail as above, and at the latest within 7 days of receiving delivery.

Security and Privacy
This website is secure allowing you to buy online with confidence. Your personal details are kept on a secure server and credit card details will not be kept on file and need to be entered each time that you make a purchase from this site.

Your personal details (other than credit card information) will be held for use by Anyada Limited and its agent to facilitate order processing and for sending you future information from Anyada unless you specify that you do not wish to receive further correspondence from us. We will not pass on your information to any companies outside Anyada and its agent.
